• 3 to 1 months before arrival 50%
• 30 to 0 days before arrival 100%
• in the event of late arrival or early departure 100%

Upon receipt of your deposit of € 800 Raiffeisenbank Lungau, IBAN: AT36 3506 3000 4206 1556, BIC: RVSAAT2S063 (SWIFT) per apartment / week, the reservation is considered binding. We ask you to vacate the apartment by 10 a.m. on the day of departure. The apartments can be occupied from 4 p.m. In the event of cancellation, the deposit will be forfeited. In the event of late arrival or early departure, the rent must be paid in full. We do not accept credit cards to settle your hotel bill.

If the borders are closed - and if travel is not possible due to this, the region or our hotel are closed, there are of course NO cancellation costs.
