Your reservation becomes guaranteed upon receipt of a deposit amounting to € 400 (Bank Info: Bank Name: Raiba Obertauern; Branch No. 35037; Acct. No. 61556; IBAN: AT20 3503 7000 0006 1556; BIC: RVSAAT2S037 (SWIFT) per apartment and week. On departure day, we ask that you vacate your apartment by 10 a.m.  You may check into your apartment after 4 p.m.  In the event of cancelation, your deposit will be forfeited. Should your arrival be delayed or if you leave prematurely, we will be obliged to charge you the full amount for your stay.  In all other instances, Austrian Hotel Contracting Regulations will apply. We do not accept payment by credit card.
